I have owned rental properties for over 30 years, & generally have been disappointed with the service I have received from the managing agents. On the odd occasion I have been lucky, but the good ones always seem to move on. When my property on Bribie became vacant a few months ago, I was feeling dissatisfied with the service I was getting, so decided to give Kim a try. She had been one of the good ones that had moved on, so when I found out that she had her own management business I was so pleased to be able to sign up with her.

I couldn’t be happier. I live over 1000km away, & the carpet & curtains were badly worn & needed replacing, & other repairs needed to be done. My budget was tight, & I was feeling pretty stressed at not being there to organise it all. I’m so glad I went with Kim. She took photos of carpet samples in the rooms & gave her suggestions, & shopped for good curtains on sale for me. She also cleaned the curtains that were still OK, & made sure the place was looking its best. Follow up photo’s also arrived on my email, & I just feel so comfortable knowing that my property is in good hands. Kim treats it as if it is her own.

The professionalism of this business is, in my opinion, beyond reproach.  They have been managing the rental of my mother’s property at Sandstone Point, on my behalf for the last three years, in that time they have been prompt and courteous in maintaining any dialogue required regarding the rental and maintenance.  Regular maintenance reports were always accompanied by photographs.

When I have requested repairs or other maintenance work be undertaken they have organised these promptly, supplied options through quotes, and followed up by checking the work undertaken was satisfactory.

Rents have been collected and banked with monthly statements provided promptly.  I have had no call to be concerned regarding the quality of tenants proposed as I was aware that thorough checks were carried out before I was asked to approve the tenancy.  I have no hesitation in stating that I have always been satisfied with the service provided and high recommend this business to people seeking to have their property managed professionally.  Phillip M Monk
