I have owned rental properties for over 30 years, & generally have been disappointed with the service I have received from the managing agents. On the odd occasion I have been lucky, but the good ones always seem to move on. She took photos of carpet samples in the rooms & gave her suggestions, & shopped for good curtains on sale for me. She also cleaned the curtains that were still OK, & made sure the place was looking its best.
